What is an Office Procedure Suite?
HealthMark OPS is a turnkey Gynecology physician satellite office with a fully equipped and staffed procedure suite with IV sedation. The procedure suite is a controlled surgical environment that allows physicians to perform a wide range of gynecological procedures. Physician members can also perform all of the normal functions of a regular office (annual visits, consultations, ultrasounds…etc) due to the luxury of regular exam rooms within the OPS.

OPS Legal Structure
Each OPS is set up as a limited liability company between HealthMark Medical and the physicians. The OPS structure is set up as a complete turnkey operation for participating physicians. HealthMark Medical provides access to our insurance contracts, complete surgical services operations, management of day-to-day operations, and billing for the reimbursement of the technical component. The physician schedules all of his/her minimally invasive surgical case volume at the OPS and is responsible for the billing of his/her own professional fee.
