I researched on the Web for a Plastic Surgeon in my area that not only had the experience, but also had convenient hours due to my work.  I asked ladies that had it done and by luck found a person whose friend had the procedure done with Dr. Knight and stated that he was the best.

Finally after finding Dr. Knight and having my first consultation with him, I left convinced that I was going to have the surgery with him.  He spent a good amount of time with me making sure that I would have the correct size for my weight and height, by trying on different sizes and by making sure I understood the risks and the procedure.  The staff made me feel welcome, as if I knew them for a while.  There were also very professional.

The day of the surgery I was told I had to be there at 9am and would stay till 4pm, my surgery was over at 1pm and I was awake feeling great and ready to leave right after.  It has been one month since my surgery and I don’t see any sign of the surgery’s scar, except nice large breast.  I did not have any complications after the surgery.  I was up and walking the same day and was only absent three days from work.

From my first visit, Dr. Knight inspired confidence as he thoroughly explained step by step the entire procedure. It sounded so much easier than I originally thought, that just a few days later I decided to have the surgery. At that moment I knew I was making the right decision and was fully confident that all was going to be well. My first surprise was after the surgery. The results of the “Tummy Tuck” showed you had fine skill and a good understanding of the operation.

As of this date, Vanna is doing well, recovery is fast, and after less than 3 week, she is walking slowly around outside and playing in the kitchen.

Also, the reception room seemed to be handeling patients ok, it always seems more of a burden to wait longer than you had planned.

Overall, everything went well and we are both happy with the outcome.

He made sure I understood what to realistically expect from my tummy tuck. I went from a size 14 to a size 8. I am absolutely thrilled. I am so happy with my results that I am about to have a breast augmentation/lift with Dr. Knight. I have told all of my friends that having a tummy tuck with Dr. Knight was easier than giving birth. I am the type of person that never likes to feel that I am fat. I would go to the gym, but because I work full time and am the mother of 2 children, it was difficult to go on a regular basis. One day while reading a magazine, I was motivated to call and inquire. After speaking to Jessica, Gina, and Dr. Knight, I felt at that moment to be in very good hands. The Doctor answered all of my questions regarding the operation and he advised me on what would look good and what would not look good. On the day of the operation, I felt good as the staff inspired confidence and they explained all the details about the operation (the anesthesia, etc.).

When I awoke, I felt a little pain. Bt with the care of the Doctor and his staff, everything came out fine. They watched over me for 24 hours and afterwards told me to call the Doctor or Gina, regardless of the time. Now, 2 months after the operation, they are all still concerned about me.

I do not regret having the operation. I am very happy and give thanks to Dr. Knight and all his staff.

The Dr. made his best judgment. They were able to make me a Full C, which is what I wanted all along, but just in case they could only fit a B+ they wanted me to know about it first instead of after and be disappointed. I scheduled surgery for 2 weeks later.

Surgery day we were driving up early around 3:45am since we have to drive all the way from San Diego to the office and be at the office at 5:30am for surgery for prep and to fill out all necessary paperwork. I was completely nervous but I knew I was in great hands; they called me back to the room. They were all so nice in there and very helpful, they made my husband a cup of coffee once we got back to the room and made him feel right at home and comfortable. Dr. Knight showed up in my room around 7:00am, measured me and took before pictures, we discussed any questions that I had or my husband had. Then it was time to go back to the room. I meet with the anesthesiologist and he was really nice. The Anesthesiologist hooked me up to the IV and told me that he noticed I was a little nervous and he gave me something to take the edge off while we waited. Then he told me that it would feel like 2 minutes and we are out of there, I would feel like someone was sitting on my chest, to take deep breaths once an hour to clear out all the stuff I inhaled during surgery. Then all of a sudden I fell asleep.

Awake from surgery it felt like 2 minutes for sure and it felt like a bowling ball was on my chest. It was hard to breath like they said it would be and to take deep breaths. I started to feel nauseous from the anesthesia, which is something that happens to me I have a weak stomach. So the nice man that was helping me with the ace wrap ran to my rescue, and got me something to throw up in. Then when I was all relaxed he wheeled me down to my vehicle.

Recovery: I personally can’t see how anyone could or would want to go back to work in 3 days. I see it possible but I was still really sore at day 3. It hurt getting in and out of bed, or reaching for anything for about a week. It took me about a week to be able to drive comfortably and the seat belt irritated me when I would drive. At a week and a half, shampooing my hair was still a little hard, but my pain is very tolerable now, now I have different pains I just wasn’t use to. My under arms are sore to shave still at 3 weeks they still feel a little bruised, and I can’t see what I am shaving yet, vacuuming is hard to do. At week 3 I am now starting to fell my incisions since my nerves are growing back and waking up, feels like a little stinging in my nipples. I can feel my implants dropping so it feels different on my ribs. I wear mostly tank tops or button up still at week 3 it is too hard to put regular t-shirts on still. I wear gauze on my nipples still since my nipples feel really sensitive when shirts rub on them, but that’s perfect, that means I lost no sensation. I have been lifting my baby since week 2 without a problem. I have to switch off arms when doing things because I can feel when I over work my right or my left side. But this is one of the best things I’ve ever done and Dr. Knight is the best Dr. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Dr. Knight is the best Dr. I could have ever picked for my plastic surgeon, he is very knowledgeable on what’s going to look good, and look right on you. After surgery he gives you his cell phone number, and lets you know you can call night or day with any concerns or questions. Believe me, I used that number and he always answered and had the answer for my question right away no matter how silly it may have been. He understands that its all new feeling for you and you don’t know if it’s the right feelings to feel or not. I already have recommended Dr. Knight to 5 other people. 3 who are really close friends and 2 other people who saw the work so far and they love it.

Not only do you provide the best Dr’s and staff you make plastic surgery affordable for people like me who desperately need it and you do a great job. I think that offering an interest free payment plan is a great thing too. It ahs only been a month and I know I have a whole another month to go, and a lot of dropping to do. But I am completely satisfied already. When I am sitting in the waiting room waiting for my check up other patients ask me questions about what I had done. I tell them Breast Augmentation with Dr. Knight and they explain to me they are scared and nervous and all the fears they have. I tell them that I have searched for years every where and I found this place; it didn’t hurt as bas as I thought at all personally. I tell them they picked the best place to come, you will be happy when you are finished, I am. It’s only been 3 weeks I am so happy with the results.

Outcome: At 3 weeks I can’t wait for summer to come and I can finally wear a bikini without padding and actually have cleavage for once in my life. I wear old shirts that seem brand new now that I have something to fit in them. I can buy a bra without padding, or not wear a bra at all and look awesome. Dr. Knight I feel performed a miracle on me. When I woke up from surgery it hurt but I looked down and it was worth all the pain and it still has been. I can’t wait to see the final results if they look this great now by 3 weeks. I feel so great too, they are still tender but that is going away, and so is the hardness. I am now starting to come together with awesome cleavage and dropping really good.
